FOLLOWING GOES INTO EFFECT MARCH 1, 2021. ALL CUSTOMER PATTERNS CURRENTLY IN HOUSE WILL BE HONOURED ON PAST AGREED PRICING.

Pricing is difficult to list on castings that haven't been produced yet. WHF wants to be fair and cater to those that can't afford the traditional cost of a general foundry and at the same time produce the highest quality castings.

 Patterns that have to be reworked in order to successfully be drawn from a mold can require days or even weeks of time consuming labor. Patterns must be in rigid form, free of defects along with proper draft in order to go straight to mold and the same applies to core boxes.

There have been countless patterns shipped here that required enormous amounts of work because the customer was not knowledgable on the pattern making process. If WHF has to do rework past 1 hour of labor that cost will be passed on to the customer.

WHF will be doing a supplement to this page soon to cover all the issues that can run the cost up in order to help the customer better understand and to keep the cost as low as possible.

Because of the intensive work involved on even the simplest castings, a minimum amount of $300.00 is the start up cost for non production runs as of MARCH 1ST, 2021. Production runs consist of a single pattern  for batches of 10 or more.

WHF does not make patterns, the concept of this business is for the customer to provide the pattern and it be readily prepared for the mold.

Castings that need to be replicated must be from a pattern, not an existing casting.

Payments are expected no more than 15 business days from date of shipment and can easily be made via PayPal. Castings will include an invoice with shipping charges which the customer is responsible  for.
